PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Shield Stabilizer is an acrylic water-based primer with anti-fungal qualities, and it can be used on both old and new masonry surfaces. The Acrylic primer forms a layer between the concrete and the final paint coat, protecting and therefore enhancing the qualities of the paint. APPLICATION Before applying Shield Stabilizer, the surface should be cleaned properly to remove dust, loose particles, and fatty stains. After priming, choose one of the many colors available in the Shield color chart and apply till you get the desired finishing. Shield Stabilizer should be diluted with up to 15% water and it can be applied using a brush or roller.
