I will like to state emphatically that I am dissatisfied and disappointed in the product delivered to me and for that matter I will be interested in returning it. My expectation wasn’t met in the sense that the product which was stated to be 80 litres is rather 76 litres. Upon interaction with your customer representative, she spoke rudely and mentioned the fact that the product cannot be returned despite the return policy on your website. I need something to be done about this cause it doesn’t speak well of you. The misinformation on your website about the product description is a breach of law of contract.
